The Tenderness Revolution
Conversations about the pivotal moments of tenderness that help shape our lives
A series of conversations between journalist Yvonne Gavan and a range of guests about the moments of tenderness that shape our lives. Because these experiences tell us about what it means to be human and invite us into a new way of experiencing the world and each other.

ABOUT US
The Tenderness Revolution
The Tenderness Revolution is a podcast and a movement that's on a mission to change the way we think about ourselves, each other and the world around us. One conversation at a time.
Because we all have a tender heart at our core that longs to be present in the world, yet gets covered over with the beliefs and difficult experiences that we have throughout our lives. And the three C's: compassion, curiosity and courage, help show us the way back to tenderness.

WHO WE ARE

Yvonne Gavan

And is the roving editor for Blood Moon Poetry Press. Since leaving the UK in 2013 with her husband and three children she has lived in three continents, experiencing life on an island in the Caribbean and the deserts of Botswana. The Tenderness Revolution is a project that grew out of her belief that when we focus on the moments of kindness and empathy in our lives - moments that have the capacity to profoundly shape who we are - we begin to witness ourselves and the world around us more fully.
